冠中地产(00193.HK)有限公司3月17日发布盈利警告，预计截至2025年1月31日止六个月期间，公司将录得本公司拥有人应占亏损不少于700万港元，而上年同期则录得本公司拥有人应占溢利630万港元。亏损主要由于集团金融投资组合的公平值亏损超过600万港元，相比之下，截至2024年1月31日止六个月期间则为公平值收益220万港元。

此外，集团应占一间联营公司溢利也由上年同期的890万港元减少至400万港元以下。冠中地产表示，亏损主要是由于金融市场波动导致金融投资组合的公平值亏损增加，以及联营公司业绩下滑所致。
