智通财经APP讯，佳兆业健康(00876)发布公告，与截至2023年12月31日止年度取得纯利约600万港元相比，预期集团将于2024财年取得净亏损介于5000万港元至6000万港元。与2023财年的公司股权持有人应占溢利约750万港元相比，集团于2024财年的公司股权持有人应占亏损约为4600万港元至5600万港元。于2024财年有此变动乃主要由于2023财年取得了一次性的出售附属公司的收益约6900万港元。
