消息面上，华润建材科技公布年度业绩，营业额230.38亿人民币，同比下降9.8%；纯利2.11亿元，同比下滑67.2%，每股盈利3分。末期息1港仙。上年同期派0.6港仙。高盛指出，公司全年股息总额达每股0.03港元，即派息比率为92%，而2023年度则为每股0.047港元或47%。
中金则指出，公司核心市场华南地区涨价顺利，截至3月中旬，广东已经蓄势涨价两轮。展望2025年，我们认为公司新管理层强化利润导向，或将进一步改善区域错峰效果，华南市场吨利改善潜力较大；同时考虑到公司2024年计提充分，2025年业绩基数较低，后续公司盈利弹性释放空间相对充足。
