智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，3月14日，铸帝控股(01413)股东将股票由金利丰证券转入华泰香港，转仓市值1618.77万港元，占比17.29%。截至3月17日发稿，该公司最新市值达7440万港元。
此前2月20日，铸帝控股发布公告，于2025年2月20日，董事会决定即时终止新业务活动。董事会认为，鉴于近期监管发展，加上虚拟货币行业日益增加的挑战，将公司财务资源分配至可能带来更稳定及盈利机会的其他业务活动乃审慎之举。终止新业务活动不会影响集团于香港持续营运提供建筑服务。董事会认为，终止新业务活动符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
