　　建发新胜（00731）发布公告，集团预期于2024财年取得公司拥有人应占溢利约1500万港元至2000万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度公司拥有人应占亏损则约为1.363亿港元。

　　预期2024财年公司拥有人应占亏损转为盈利，主要是由于以下因素的综合影响：（i）集团债务重组下未申报债权人的索偿获解除，因而取得重大一次性收益约1.282亿港元。（ii）2024财年政府税收优惠增加约3370万港元，主要由于集团享受资源综合利用等政府税收优惠政策；（iii）由于集团严格的生产成本控制及市场推广工作以增加销量，单位生产成本有所改善，令毛损减少约680万港元。
