智通财经APP获悉，雅生活服务(03319)绩后跌超7%，截至发稿，跌6.58%，报2.84港元，成交额5255.17万港元。
消息面上，雅生活服务发布盈警，预计全年亏损约32亿至35亿元人民币。公司表示，其充分评估重要客户面临的信用情况，出于谨慎性原则，本期对关联方及与房地产相关的第三方之贸易及其他应收款项进行了计提减值拨备约39亿至40亿元。
此外，由于公司开展城市服务的非全资附属公司主动退出部分回款周期过长的项目，从而导致收入及利润未及预期。出于谨慎性原则，公司已根据香港财务报告准则对商誉进行减值测试，并根据减值测试结果拟对其中存在减值迹象的资产，相应计提约2亿元至3亿元减值拨备。
