第一太平(00142.HK) 公布，联交所上市委员会已同意公司可根据第15项应用指引，进行旗下菲律宾联号公司“Maynilad”的建议分拆及上市。于周一(17日)，Maynilad已就建议分拆及上市向菲律宾证券及交易委员会及菲律宾证券交易所提交申请。
公告指，预期建议分拆及上市将以发售之方式实行，包括发行新股份及现有股东出售股份，视乎市场状况而定，涉及最多24.57亿股Maynilad股份，占Maynilad经扩大已发行股本之30.45%。
另外，于紧随建议分拆及上市完成后，预期Maynilad将仍然为第一太平之菲律宾联号公司，而于建议分拆及上市完成后，Maynilad之业绩将继续由第一太平综合入账。目前预期建议分拆及上市之发售价最多将为20菲律宾比索(折合约2.72港元)。(js/w)
