维力生活科技(01703.HK) 公布，于3月11日接获联交所额外复牌指引，要求公司进行独立内部监控审查，并证明已制定足够的内部监控和程序，以履行上市规则规定的义务。联交所指出公司于其证券获准恢复买卖之前，须纠正导致其暂停买卖的实质性事项及全面遵守上市规则以令联交所信纳。
应公司要求，股份自2023年11月28日起于联交所停止买卖。股份将会继续暂停买卖直至另行通告为止。(gc/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
