智通财经APP讯，冠中地产(00193)公布，预期该集团截至2025年1月31日止六个月期间将取得公司拥有人应占亏损不少于700万港元，而截至2024年1月31日止六个月期间取得公司拥有人应占溢利630万港元。
公告称，由盈转亏主要归因于集团金融投资组合的公平值亏损超过600万港元(而截至2024年1月31日止六个月期间则为公平值收益220万港元)以及应占一间联营公司溢利由截至2024年1月31日止六个月期间的890万港元减少至400万港元以下。
