五矿资源曹亮将辞任行政总裁 赵晶接任
3月17日，五矿资源（01208）发布公告，董事会宣布曹亮将辞任公司行政总裁，自2025年4月11日起生效，原因是曹亮将前往中国五矿有色金属有限公司担任高级行政职务。
尽管辞任，曹亮仍将留任公司董事会，并被调任为非执行董事，同时担任管治、薪酬、提名及可持续发展委员会和审计及风险管理委员会的成员，调任自2025年4月12日起生效。
赵晶被任命为公司新的行政总裁及执行董事，自2025年4月12日起生效。赵晶现年41岁，拥有近20年的国际管理经验，曾任公司非全资附属公司Minera Las Bambas S.A.的可持续发展及企业事务副总裁，以及中国五矿集团有限公司国际部的副总经理。
此外，曹亮在辞任后将与公司签订为期三年的非执行董事委任协议，自2025年4月12日起生效。
