3月17日，深圳市顺丰同城物流有限公司（以下简称“顺丰同城”）完成工商变更，注册资本从34.2亿元增至37亿元，增幅8.19%，并新增“单用途商业预付卡代理销售”经营项目。

　　顺丰同城成立于2018年10月，由顺丰同城（09699）全资持股，法定代表人孙海金，主营同城即时配送、外卖递送及货运代理等业务。

　　此次增资是顺丰同城成立以来第四次资本调整，累计增资规模超30亿元。

　　2018年10月，深圳顺丰同城成立，初始注册资本1亿元；2020年，注册资本增至22亿元；2022年增至32.2亿元；2023年则增至34.2亿元。

　　公开信息显示，顺风同城近三年增资资金主要用于智能调度系统研发、冷链配送网络建设及骑手规模扩张；预付卡业务预计将与顺丰金融板块联动，覆盖餐饮、零售等高频消费场景。

　　截至2024年6月30日中报，顺丰同城实现营收68.78亿元，同比增加19.6%，归母净利润6217万元，同比增加105%。
