Regional Express Holdings (ASX:REX) confirmed the sale of non-core assets, adding that the proceeds from the sale will be used to repay debt, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
It closed the sale of the B737-800W/B737-700 flight simulator, together with the property that housed it in Mascot, New South Wales, for a base consideration of AU$6.1 million, excluding taxes, rates, and other charges on March 13.
It also closed the sale of a Textron King Air 350C aircraft for $7.3 million, the filing said.
