* 继中国政府工作报告提及发放育儿补贴后，内蒙古呼和浩特上周四已发布意见提出具体补贴措施，3月1日及之后合法生育的家庭，生育三孩及以上能得到育儿补贴10万元人民币。相比此前多地试点主要针对二三孩家庭，呼和浩特对一孩家庭亦有一次性的生育补贴。（完）
