智通财经APP获悉，中广核新能源(01811)涨近3%，截至发稿，涨2.1%，报2.43港元，成交额884.16万港元。
消息面上，中广核新能源发布公告，于2025年3月10日，Meiya Electric与买方(南通能达建设投资有限公司)订立股权转让协议，Meiya Electric已有条件同意出售及买方已有条件同意购买销售权益，代价为现金人民币4.75亿元。于出售事项完成后，Meiya Electric将不再于南通美亚中拥有任何权益，而南通美亚将不再为公司的附属公司。
公告称，持续发展清洁及可再生能源一直是集团的首要任务。为实现该目标，鉴于南通美亚的业务表现因地区政府的环境保护措施及热电联产规划的变化而下降，董事会拟出售南通美亚。出售事项亦有助于实现资源优化及精简集团的架构，从而进一步发展集团的核心业务。
