格隆汇3月20日丨日本共生(00627.HK)宣布，公司附属公司湖南隆祥房地产开发有限公司("湖南隆祥")注意到，湖南省长沙市中级人民法院("法院")刊发公告，当中法院接纳湖南隆祥债权人("债权人")就湖南隆祥破产清算的申请，理据为湖南隆祥未能偿还其欠负债权人的若干债务。
湖南隆祥为于中国成立的有限公司，主要从事中国湖南省的物业发展。公司间接拥有湖南隆祥的100%股权。
湖南隆祥目前持有中国湖南省长沙市若干待售物业及投资物业。根据湖南隆祥截至2024年6月30日止的未经审核管理账目，湖南隆祥于截至2024年6月30日止六个月期间录得收益约人民币2910万元，且于2024年6月30日，湖南隆祥的资产总值约为人民币15.201亿元。
