智通财经APP讯，钧濠集团(00115)发布公告，与截至2023年12月31日止年度的净亏损约4700万港元相比，本集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024财年)将取得本公司拥有人应占亏损约2.5亿港元至2.6亿港元。亏损增加主要由于主要因本集团一般贸易业务收益减少，导致收益减少约10.6%;年内销售若干毛利率较低的物业，导致毛利率下降;本集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度确认的投资物业一次性公平值亏损及待售物业减值亏损分别约为1.59亿港元及9080万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则确认本集团投资物业一次性公平值收益约4240万港元，且并无确认待售物业一次性公平值亏损;确认通过损益的可换股债券的公平值亏损由截至2023年12月31日止年度约670万港元增加至截至2024年12月31日止年度约1600万港元;诉讼损失拨备由截至2023年12月31日止年度约70万港元增加至截至2024年12月31日止年度约3430万港元。上述亏损影响部分被截至2024年12月31日止年度确认的所得税抵免约1410万港元所抵销，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则确认所得税支出约5860万港元。
