智通财经APP获悉，物管股涨幅居前，截至发稿，碧桂园服务(06098)涨9.49%，报6.69港元；世茂服务(00873)涨5.94%，报1.07港元；雅生活服务(03319)涨5.86%，报3.07港元；万物云(02602)涨3.57%，报24.65港元。
消息面上，碧桂园服务预计2024年归属股东净利润为16亿至20亿人民币，同比增长447.4%至584.2%。于本年度，该集团财务状况稳健，经营活动所得现金流量表现强劲，流动性储备充裕。根据管理账目，公司初步估计本年度未经审核的经营活动所得现金净额约人民币33亿元至43亿元。
中信证券认为，困扰民企物业服务公司的历史问题已经消散，企业的分红普遍具备很强吸引力，现金资产具备安全边际。而且，绝大多数民企物业服务公司经营性现金持续净流入，高分红是完全可持续的。该行指出，当前物业服务板块可能的催化剂是即将公布的2024年年报有望兑现可持续的高分红，以及长期稳健发展的愿景。
