消息面上，海丰国际此前公布年度业绩，全年收入约为30.581亿美元，同比增加约25.9%；毛利为约11.428亿美元，同比增加约83.4%，毛利率由同期的约25.7%上升至约37.4%；年度利润约10.343亿美元，同比增加约92.9%，每股基本盈利为0.39美元，拟派末期息每股1.40港元。
摩根士丹利发布研报称，根据2024年全年业绩调整海丰国际盈利预测，将2025年每股盈利预测上调2%，2026年每股盈利预测上调6%，并引入2027年每股盈利预测19美仙。该行认为，在2025至2026年集装箱运输下行周期中进一步的盈利修正将对海丰国际的估值构成压力。因此，将牛市-基准-熊市目标市盈率分别从14倍、11倍和7倍，分别调整至12倍、9.5倍和6.0倍。
