智通财经APP讯，益美国际控股(01870)公布，于2025年3月17日(联交所交易时段后)，该公司与配售代理订立配售协议，拟透过配售代理向不少于六名承配人配售最多1.248亿股配售股份，每股配售股份0.138港元，较股份于2025年3月17日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.172 港元折让约19.77%。
同日，公司与Treasure Ship订立认购协议，拟向Treasure Ship发行2.2亿股认购股份，每股认购股份0.138港元，Treasure Ship应就此以现金结付300万港元;及以等值基准抵销公司应付Treasure Ship的部分贷款方式结付余下约2736万港元。
公告称，配售事项及认购事项所筹集的现金净额约1940万港元，约79.4%用于发展中国的电力贸易业务、纽西兰及其他东南亚国家的绿色电力能源项目及╱或其他潜在项目;约20.6%作为维持集团日常营运所需的营运资金，包括支付专业费用、员工薪金、办公室租金、水电及其他开支。
