北京商报讯（记者 蔺雨葳）3月17日，美国时尚零售商Forever 21根据破产法第11章在特拉华州申请破产保护。法庭文件显示，该公司估计负债为10亿至100亿美元，估计资产为1亿至5亿美元。公开资料显示，Forever 21由韩裔美籍人士张东文夫妇在1984年创立，巅峰时在全球近50个国家拥有800多家门店，年销售额可达41亿美元。

2019年，Forever 21就曾申请破产保护，以重组其业务。2020年2月，Forever 21以8100万美元的低价被西蒙房地产集团、布鲁克菲尔德房地产公司，以及品牌管理公司Authentic Brands Group（ABG）组成的财团收购。

2025年2月，Forever 21的运营商CatalystBrands表示，计划关闭至少200家店铺，并积极寻找买家收购剩余门店，若未能成功找到合适买家，预计约350间店铺将面临清盘。时隔一个月，Forever 21正式宣布申请破产保护，此次破产申请仅针对美国运营公司，不会波及国际授权门店。
