智通财经APP讯，中华国际(01064)发布公告，经参考本集团2024年度最新管理账目，本集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将记录(税前)净亏损约6000万港元(暂订数)，相比截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023年度)(税前)净亏损为17.39亿港元(经审核数)。
本集团于2024年度的估计(税前)净亏损减少是由以下各项的净影响所致于2024年度并无终止确认一间当时的附属公司的亏损，相比2023年度则录得亏损17.08亿港元(经审核数)，有关详情已于本公司2023年度的年报内披露;经参考独立专业房地产估值师(估值师)初步估值后，本集团投资物业的公允价值亏损由2023年度的5230.4万港元(经审核数)减少至2024年度的约1700万港元(暂订数);及一间实体股本权益的公允价值变动，由2023年度的收益1625.2万港元(经审核数)变动至2024年度的亏损约4500万港元(暂订数)。
