智通财经APP获悉，周大福(01929)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.62%，报9.74港元，成交额2.52亿港元。
消息面上，周大福宣布，董事局成员兼执行董事郑炳熙4月1日起将卸任首席财务官职务，改为负责集团资本管理、投资者关系及公司秘书事务。叶家盈将接任为集团首席财务官，将致力于推动集团在财务管理、长期增长和转型策略。据悉，叶家盈过去担任过星巴克中国的首席财务官，也曾在百事可乐亚太区和星巴克亚太区担任高级领导职位。
大和此前发布研报称，将周大福评级从“跑输大市”一举上调至“买入”，目标价由7港元上调至11港元。大和认为，市场过份高估与老铺黄金之间的竞争忧虑，而且低估了周大福正在进行的品牌升级措施所带来的利好因素。其次，该行认为市场忽略了周大福的传统黄金系列HUA Collection正有潜力演变成独立品牌，从而释放重大价值。另外，该行认为周大福先前的快速店铺扩张策略正急剧逆转，料净利润或于2024财年下半年触底，该公司股价仍被严重低估。
