新浪科技讯 3月18日晚间消息，中国联通（00762.HK）今日发布2024年财报。2024年实现营业收入3896亿元，同比提升4.6%；公司权益持有者应占盈利达到206亿元，同比提升10.1%，净资产收益率提升至5.8%。

　　在业绩会上，中国联通执行董事王俊治分享了在AI人才方面的布局。

　　他表示，一方面，人工智能技术的应用加速了人才集约，为公司人才结构调整优化释放了充足空间。另一方面，公司积极应对技术革新对人才结构提出的新要求，持续做好人才培养和支持，面向管理人才、科技人才、技能人才等积极赋能，做好人才能力转型升级，鼓励优秀人才向人工智能领域流动，加大人工智能领域人才供给。

　　具体而言，招募上，充分发挥央企的平台、事业及品牌优势，不拘一格大力引进人工智能领域优秀人才，并提供个性化服务保障；培养上，向上打通人才发展通道，对高层次AI人才实施精准培养支持；使用上，搭建干事创业平台，积极营造自由、开放、包容的良好生态，充分激发AI人才的创新创造活力动力；激励上，针对急需紧缺高层次人才支持基于市场对标采用年薪制、协议工资制，实行契约化管理、差异化兑现，上不封顶，对所需工资总额予以单列。
