智通财经APP讯，恒富控股(00643)发布公告，尽管收益预期增加，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度(“本年度”)取得约3380万港元的亏损，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得约890万港元的亏损。根据目前可获得的资料，该等业绩主要归因于：(a)有关鹤山工厂停产的鹤山工厂一次性裁员成本及闲置成本分别约380万港元及400万港元;(b)本年度添置物业、厂房及设备以及使用权资产导致折旧开支增加约300万港元;及(c)本年度海外工厂产量增加导致就监督及行政服务支付予分包商的处理费由上个年度的340万港元增加约1040万港元至本年度的1380万港元。
