智通财经APP讯，联合集团(00373)公布，该集团预期2024财政年度将取得公司股东应占综合亏损约7亿港元至9亿港元，而2023年股东应占综合亏损则约为1亿港元。
公告称，财务表现下降的原因主要由于以下各项的净影响：天安于2024年财政年度取得应占亏损，相比于2023年财政年度则取得应占溢利;集团于2024年财政年度投资物业的公平价值净减少相比2023年财政年度较高;公司的上市联营公司亚太资源有限公司于2024年财政年度的业绩取得应占亏损，相比2023年财政年度则取得应占溢利; 及新鸿基于2024年财政年度取得应占溢利，相比于2023年财政年度则取得应占亏损。
