KE Holdings or Beike (HKG:2423) attributable profit fell to 570 million yuan in the fourth quarter of 2024 from 669.6 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the housing transactions services platform operator decreased to 0.02 yuan from 0.19 yuan in the previous year.
Total net revenue grew 54% to 31.1 billion yuan from 20.2 billion yuan a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of $0.12 per ordinary share or $0.36 per American deopsitary share, payable April 22 for ordinary shareholders and April 25 for ADS holders. The record date is April 9.
