智通财经APP讯，福耀玻璃(03606)公布，为满足公司在美国的汽车玻璃生产基地对汽车级优质浮法玻璃的需求，保证原材料供应安全，降低生产成本，进一步完善产业链和发挥协同效应，公司董事局同意公司对全资子公司福耀玻璃美国有限公司(以下简称“福耀美国”)增加投资4亿美元(或等值欧元、人民币等币种)，由福耀美国用于对其全资子公司福耀玻璃伊利诺伊有限公司(以下简称“福耀伊利诺伊”)追加投资并由福耀伊利诺伊用于投资建设一条汽车级浮法玻璃生产线项目。
