截至截止日期下午四时正为止，要约人接获合资格股东就部分收购要约项下1266.45万股要约股份(占截至本公告日期已发行股份约0.93%)的有效接纳。
根据部分收购要约的条款，要约人将按每股要约股份0.14港元的要约价从接纳合资格股东收购不超过2.049亿股要约股份。诚如该要约文件所述，倘2.049亿股或以下要约股份获有效接纳，要约人将承购所有获有效接纳的要约股份。
由于截至截止日期为止，由合资格股东有效提呈接纳的要约股份数目少于2.049亿股要约股份，要约人将承购合资格股东有效提呈接纳的所有1266.45万股要约股份。因此，已提呈有效接纳其股份的该等合资格股东将不按配额比例承购。
