智通财经APP讯，MATRIX HOLDINGS(01005)发布公告，预计集团于2024年度(截至2024年12月31日止年度)取得亏损约2.9亿港元至3.1亿港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023年度)则取得约1.03亿港元亏损。
董事会认为，2024年度公司拥有人应占集团亏损较2023年度增加的主要原因是收入下跌。收入下跌主要是由于全球经济的不确定性和地缘政治紧张的加剧。这些因素对消费者态度和行为产生了显著影响，从而导致消费支出减少。此外，商誉及其他资产亦作出减值亏损。
