智通财经APP讯，协鑫科技(03800)发布公告，截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024年度)，公司拥有人应占亏损预期约为人民币48亿元，而2023年同期(2023年度)的公司拥有人应占经审核利润约为人民币25亿元。
董事会认为，预期2024年度取得公司拥有人应占亏损的主要原因为：(1)2024年度多晶硅与硅片产品的市场平均售价大幅下降(与2023年度相比);(2)视作出售公司一间附属公司的收益及出售公司一间联营公司权益的亏损的净影响;及(3)设备(主要包括拉晶切片设备)的减值和应收及其他应收款的减值亏损。
