　　香港证监会在原讼法庭展开法律程序，寻求法庭对金至尊集团（国际）有限公司（02882.HK，前称香港资源控股有限公司）（香港资源）8名前董事作出取消资格令及赔偿令，原因是他们涉嫌没有阻止为数7，440万元的公司资金被挪用。

　　香港证监会的调查发现，香港资源在2017年6月8日收购了一家持有放债人牌照公司的全部股权。在2018年6月至2019年3月期间，香港资源通过其新的放债业务，授出12笔合共7，440万元的贷款，但全部贷款在到期时均出现违约。

　　证监会在是次法律行动中，寻求法庭对该8名前董事作出赔偿令，包括执行董事兼行政总裁徐志刚（Mr Xu Zhigang），执行董事吴晓林（Mr Wu Xiaolin）、林国兴（Mr Wilfred Lam Kwok Hing）、赵建国（Mr Zhao Jianguo）、戴薇（Ms Dai Wei），独立非执行董事陆海林（Mr Loke Yu）、范仁达（Mr Anthony Fan Ren Da）、徐小平（Mr Xu Xiaoping）。不论是单独或共同或各别地向香港资源支付7，440万元，即就该12笔贷款所拨付的现金。具体而言，证监会指称，该收购事项及该等贷款为挪用香港资源现金的计划一部分。

　　在寻求作出取消资格令时，证监会指称有关董事全部均违反了他们对香港资源负有的责任，以及在行使其权力和履行其职能时，没有以适当的技能、小心审慎和勤勉尽责的态度行事。
