金涌投资预计2024财年归母净利润介于5800万至7000万港元
3月18日，金涌投资（01328）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日的财年，本公司权益持有人应占利润介于5800万港元至7000万港元之间，较截至2023年12月31日的相应年度约4640万港元，增加25%至50.86%。
这一盈利增长主要归因于金融资产及负债的公允价值利得净额大幅增加，预计从相应年度的2150万元增至6400万元至7200万元。
此外，投资管理服务收入也有所上升，从相应年度的2230万元增加至本年度的2400万元至2700万元。然而，开支总额也随之增加，从相应年度的4390万元增至本年度的6000万元至6500万元。
