民生证券指出，由于前期钴价处于下行通道，产业内没有意愿保留太多库存，测算国内钴原料库存预计仅3个月左右，钴原料供应紧张局势难阻。该行指出，短期来看，公司有一定的钴在途库存，根据钴现价测算，在途库存对应净利润增幅约为8.7亿元；中长期来看，刚果（金）作为全球最大的钴生产国，有强烈意愿做多钴价，禁止出口只是权宜之计，后续配额制或为更加合理的政策，而配额制下钴价中枢或将获得中枢性抬升。
