在不计及本集团投资物业公平值净变动及2023年授出购股权的影响，本集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度取得纯利约1300万港元，与2023年约1070万港元持平。上述纯利较2023年增加的主要原因是由于2024年董事酬金减少，导致管理开支减少所致。
