智通财经APP讯，北控城市资源(03718)发布公告，预计2024年财政年度公司股东应占溢利将较截至2023年12月31日止年度减少约90%至95%，主要由于集团危险废物处置业务(危废业务)将取得商誉减值亏损约人民币2.38亿元所致。商誉减值亏损主要由于危废业务市场竞争激烈，企业为抢占市场份额，导致集团危废业务处理╱销售单价持续下降;及上游工业企业减少生产甚至停产，导致危废处理处置需求降低。鉴于危废处理行业周期性下行及市场竞争加剧，集团已采取适当创新技术应用及资源化效能提升，以全面提升危废业务经营韧性。
董事会谨此声明，上述商誉减值亏损为一次性非现金开支，不会对集团现金流量造成影响。
尽管受上述不利因素影响，集团的财务状况及现金流量仍然稳健，生产经营正常顺利。城市服务市场需求依然强劲。于2024年财政年度，集团通过招标程序赢得35个新环境卫生服务项目，合同总金额超过人民币64亿元。集团积极拓展城市服务业务至大湾区，由2025年1月1日至截至本公告发布日期间，已中标若干个城市服务项目，合同总金额超过人民币3亿元。
