公司计划以每股 5 至 7 美元的价格区间发行 100 万股股票，募资 600 万美元。按照拟议区间的中间值计算，Happy City Holdings Limited的市值将达到 1.14 亿美元。
该公司在香港经营三家自助火锅店，以“Thai Pot”和“Gyu! Gyu! Shabu Shabu”品牌主营泰式和日式火锅。截至2024年8月31日的一年内，公司营收为829.5万港元，同比增长22.8%。
Happy City Holdings Limited计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为HCHL。Pacific Century Securities是该交易的唯一账簿管理人。
