智通财经APP讯，乐华娱乐(02306)发布公告，该集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得股东应占净利润不少于人民币500万元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度则为股东应占净亏损约人民币1.408亿元。
董事会认为，由截至2023年12月31日止年度的股东应占净亏损转变为有关期间的股东应占净利润乃主要由于于有关期间(1)并无与可转换优先股有关的进一步公允价值亏损及上市开支，原因为公司于2023年1月已完成其股份于香港联合交易所有限公司上市;及(2)以权益结算的股份支付减少。
