智通财经APP讯，龙湖集团(00960)发布公告，决议集团采纳《限制性股份激励计划》，以奖励和激励选定参与人为集团的持续运营和发展做出贡献。根据该计划，受托人将以公司提供的现金于市场上购买现有股份，并以信托形式代相关选定参与人持有，直至该等股份按计划规则归属予相关选定参与人为止。
受托人可购买的最高股份数目不得超过公司不时已发行股本总数的5%。
