智通财经APP讯，华润置地(01109)发布公告，于2025年3月19日，Dragon Rider Development Limited(一家公司持有其全部发行股份45%的实益权益的公司)作为借款人、公司和与华润(集团)有限公司作为担保人，与特定银行及金融机构作为贷款人、特定银行及金融机构作为委托牵头安排人及账簿管理人、招商永隆银行作为融资代理行及招商永隆银行作为担保代理行，就上限为63.42亿整港币的定期贷款融资，签订了一份贷款融资协议。该贷款融资自该融资协议项下首次提取款项之日起计三个月后到期。
