智通财经APP获悉，蜜雪集团(02097)早盘涨近7%，截至发稿，涨6.75%，报443港元，成交额1.65亿港元，总市值已达1670亿港元。
公开资料显示，蜜雪集团旗下有现制茶饮品牌“蜜雪冰城”和现磨咖啡品牌“幸运咖”。截至2024年9月30日，蜜雪集团通过加盟模式发展的门店网络拥有超过45,000家门店，覆盖中国及海外11个国家。根据灼识咨询的报告，按照截至2024年9月30日的门店数计，蜜雪集团是中国及全球最大的现制饮品企业。按照2023年的饮品出杯量计，蜜雪集团是中国第一、全球第二的现制饮品企业。
值得注意的是，蜜雪集团将于3月26日举行董事会会议以审批全年业绩，公司招股书中预期24年净利润约为44亿人民币。东吴证券表示，预测公司2024-2026年归母净利润为43.8/51.2/59.4亿元，对应PE为28/24/21倍。该行认为，蜜雪集团的核心优势是品牌势能和在平价现制饮品市场的统治力，且在出海方面值得期待，类比近一年新上市的一些强势能品牌如毛戈平和老铺黄金，公司有望享有估值溢价。
