港铁公司(00066)及会德丰地产合作发展的将军澳日出康城第12C期GRAND SEASONS，周二(18日)公布加推价单2号，提供138伙，折实平均呎价约14,905元，较首张价单高约0.9%，部署于下周作次轮销售。
会德丰地产副主席兼常务董事黄光耀表示，新一批单位来自第1A及1B座，涵盖46伙1房，75伙2房及17伙3房单位，实用面积介乎322至716方呎，折实价453.4万 1,173.1万元，折实呎价约14,039至18,017元。该批单位按定价计市值约10.3亿元，三分一单位低于500万元。他透露，同系启德MIAMI QUAY 第2期将紧接推出，有望4月开售。
该公司助理董事兼总经理(商务)余丽珠称，GRAND SEASONS新一批入场单位为第1B座10楼E室，实用面积322方呎，折实呎价约14,081元。首推的户型包括1A座A室，实用面积443方呎两房，料部分单位可享海景。她提到，今批涉及不少高层户，计及楼层及景观因素后，属于原价加推。
会德丰地产总经理(项目设计及市务)潘鸿文指，SEASONS系列迄今累售1,051伙，套现逾65.2亿元。该公司市务经理岑菲菲表示，项目与电竞品牌合作，于会所打造一个主题电竞空间，提供专用电脑，曲面显示屏，电竞椅等。
