消息面上，宏光半导体发布公告，于2025年3月18日，本公司与赖泽联先生及南宁产投新兴一号投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)订立不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录，内容有关订约各方有意促成涉及深圳市华芯邦科技目标股权的可能收购事项。

公告称，可能收购事项为本集团提供宝贵机会，投资于一家在半导体生态系统中拥有稳固客户基础及广泛网络的领先半导体企业。完成后，本集团可透过结合本集团在第三代GaN半导体的技术优势以及深圳市华芯邦科技集团的芯片设计、封装及测试能力，与深圳市华芯邦科技产生协同效应。

通过与深圳市华芯邦科技集团合作，本集团亦可借助自身与深圳市华芯邦科技集团共同开发的GaN芯片，提升旗下LED产品的效能及切换频率。可能收购事项亦有助巩固本集团于半导体行业的市场地位，同时可让本集团透过与深圳市华芯邦科技集团达成业务合作，稳步提升旗下GaN及其他半导体产品业务分部的表现，符合本公司的长远策略利益。
