楼宇建筑工程产生的收益由截至2023年12月31日止年度的约47.03亿港元增加约7.12亿港元或约15.1%至报告期间的约54.15亿港元。该增加乃主要由于报告期间内新项目及现有项目为本集团带来的收益增加。
RMAA工程产生的收益由截至2023年12月31日止年度的约5.29亿港元减少约1670万港元或约3.2%至报告期间的约5.12亿港元。该减少乃主要由于现有项目于报告期间内已接近完工。
