智通财经APP讯，力盟科技(02405)发布公告，根据对集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的未经审核综合管理账目及董事会目前可得资料的初步评估，集团预期：
2024年年度的总账单约为8.5亿美元至8.6亿美元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度的总账单则约为6.826亿美元;收益约为1000万美元至1500万美元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度的收益则约为2150万美元;及溢利约为20万美元至70万美元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度的溢利则约为720万美元。
董事会认为，收益及溢利的减少主要由于鉴于数字营销服务的竞争加剧及为维持竞争优势，本集团自年初起降低向其客户收取的账户管理费及增加若干客户的返利率;及财务成本上升。
然而，对本集团跨境数字营销及跨境网店SaaS解决方案业务的需求有所增长，此由集团于本年度的总账单较截至2023年12月31日止年度增加所证明。鉴于需求上升，集团将致力维持其业务的稳定增长。
