智通财经APP讯，浩森金融科技(03848)发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日止年度集团将取得公司拥有人应占溢利为不超过人民币600万元(2023年：约人民币2300万元)。
主要由于集团取得(1)贷款及应收账款的预期信贷亏损拨备约人民币4870万元(2023年：人民币4310万元 ); (2)雇员福利开支约人民币2620万元(2023年：人民币2060万元)，原因为公司向若干雇员授出合共1500万份购股权(2023年：无);(3)递延税项开支约人民币870万元(2023年：人民币220万元)所致。
