金吾财讯 | 嘉里建设(00683)公布，截至2024年12月31日止年度全年业绩。期内，公司股东应占溢利8.08亿元(港元，下同)，同比减少75.08%；每股基本盈利0.56元，去年同期为2.23元。拟派年度末期股息每股0.95港元。
期内，集团收入194.99亿元，同比增长48.96%。2024年录得合约销售额126.05亿元(2023年：140.71亿元)，跌幅主要由于内地可销售资源减少，但部分被香港的贡献增加所抵销。集团合并收入为213.61亿元(2023年：181.27亿元)，按年上升18%，主要得益于发展物业的应占确认销售额增加至138.30亿元(2023年：104.16亿元)。投资物业(不计入酒店业务)的合并租金收入按年下跌2%至53.55亿元(2023年：54.50亿元)，若按当地货币计算则大致持平。酒店业务在2023年已从新冠疫情的影响中大幅复苏，并于2024年恢复正常，合并收入按年减少4%至21.76亿元(2023年：22.61亿元)，按当地货币计算则按年下跌2%。
