3月19日,安踏体育(02020/82020)发布了截至2024年12月31日的年度业绩公告。根据公告,公司的收入同比增加13.6%至708.26亿元。尽管保持高水平的运营效率,但由于持续加大在品牌、渠道及产品研发的投入,整体经营溢利率下降1.2个百分点至23.4%。具体来看,安踏分部的经营溢利率下降1.2个百分点至21%,FILA分部的经营溢利率下降2.3个百分点至25.3%,而所有其他品牌的经营溢利率则上升1.5个百分点至28.6%。
在管理层讨论与分析部分,公司提到,尽管面临激烈的市场竞争,但通过多品牌战略的成功实施,安踏的市场份额在中国运动鞋服市场提升至23%。同时,电子商务业务的增长成为推动收入的重要因素,电子商务业务占整体收入的35.1%。为了应对不断变化的市场需求,公司还加强了数字化转型,提升运营效率。
整体来看,公司的业务分部表现稳定,安踏和FILA的业务继续稳健增长,而所有其他品牌的表现则展现出强劲的增势,尤其是DESCENTE和KOLONSPORT。
