3 月 19 日，EOS Network 在社交平台发文表示，“Vaulta 是一个 Web3 银行网络，旨在弥合传统银行业务与去中心化数字资产之间的鸿沟。Vaulta 专注四大核心领域，为机构和消费者带来真正的价值：财富管理、消费支付、投资组合管理和保险。”
此前报道，3 月 19 日 3 时，EOS Network 宣布将更名为 Vaulta，重心转向 Web3 银行业务。此次转型伴随着预计于 5 月底安排的代币交换。
