3月18日,华润啤酒(00291/80291)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的末期业绩。集团的综合营业额为386.35亿元,同比下降0.8%。毛利率上升1.2个百分点至42.6%,创近五年新高。扣除固定资产减值及一次性员工补偿等特殊费用后,未计利息及税项前盈利同比上升2.9%至63.44亿元,显示出强劲的现金创造能力,经营活动现金流入净额同比增长67%至69.28亿元。
在管理层讨论与分析中,提到啤酒销量约1087.4万千升,同比下降2.5%,但高端产品销量持续增长,高档及以上啤酒销量较去年同期增长超过9%。白酒业务实现营业额同比上升4%至21.49亿元,毛利率上升5.6个百分点至68.5%。公司推行的高端化战略有效提升了产品盈利能力,特别是高端大单品“摘要”的销量增长35%,为白酒业务贡献了超过70%的营业额。
在财务报表附注中,特别提到本集团的非流动资产和流动资产均有所变化,固定资产由162.94亿元增至181.24亿元,反映出公司在产能上的持续投资。同时,流动比率从0.7下降至0.6,显示出流动负债的增加。整体来看,公司的啤酒和白酒业务均在积极推进高端化和市场拓展,未来展望依然乐观。
