于2024年，受到制造业稳定反弹及地缘政治事件导致之供应链中断得以解决之推动下，全球航运市场经历普遍复苏。对比去年，波罗的海航运指数按年平均上升27%。集团亦扩充其船队规模，包括自置船舶及租赁船舶，以至船队总载重量运载能力从去年之140万公吨按年增加61%至230万公吨。受上述因素影响，相对于2023年散装干货航运市场情绪疲软导致货运市场低迷，集团于2024年之运费及船租收入录得大幅增长。
